Guo Yuntao, Deputy Director-General of Dongying Customs, and his delegation visited the Group for research and guidance.

On December 2, Guo Yuntao, Deputy Director of Dongying Customs, and Chang Wenyou, Head of the Bonded Business Supervision Section of Dongying Customs, paid a visit to the Group for research and guidance, accompanied by Xu Guangxin, Director of the Commerce Bureau of Guangrao County, and Li Tuanjie, Mayor of Daozhuang Town, among other leaders. Wang Mingquan, Deputy General Manager of the Group, and Zhang Yan'e, Foreign Trade Manager, joined them for the visit. Guo Yuntao and his delegation conducted on-site investigations in production workshops and finished-product warehouses. They listened carefully to briefings on the Group’s current business development and future vision, highly praised the steady growth of the company’s foreign trade operations, and encouraged the enterprise to continue building high-end manufacturing capabilities and developing its own brands, thus making new contributions to boosting the city’s export earnings.

Song Wenguang, Chairman of the Group, was awarded the title of “Meritorious Figure.”

After two decades of weathering storms and facing challenges, the older generation of rubber industry professionals gathered at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center to attend the 20th-anniversary commendation ceremony held by the Shandong Province Rubber Industry Association. At the meeting, Zhang Hongmin, President of the Shandong Province Rubber Industry Association, announced the list of meritorious figures, outstanding entrepreneurs, and individuals who have made remarkable contributions to the Shandong rubber industry. Outstanding entrepreneur representatives who have made significant contributions to the development of Shandong’s rubber industry were honored; among them, Chairman Song Wenguang and nine other individuals received the “Meritorious Figure” award. The Chairman founded Xingyuan Rubber Co., Ltd. in Guangrao County in 1994 and launched a full-steel radial tire project in July 2002. In May 2006, the company produced its first engineering radial tire.
