Xingyuan Tire Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003 and is located in the Xishui Industrial Zone of Guangrao County, China’s leading tire industry base. It is a large-scale private enterprise whose core business is tire manufacturing and which integrates product production with research and development. The company currently employs over 2,600 people, including more than 400 engineering and technical personnel, and has an annual production capacity of 5.36 million sets of all-steel radial truck tires. It is a leading, backbone enterprise in Shandong Province’s high-quality product manufacturing base.

The company boasts an advanced team dedicated to tire R&D, production, testing, and management, and has established a comprehensive technical service support system. The company and its products have obtained certifications including IATF 16949 for quality management systems, ISO 14001 for environmental management systems, ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety management systems, China’s CCC certification, U.S. Department of Transportation DOT certification, European Economic Commission ECE/R117 labeling regulation certification, Kenya ITS certification, Middle East GCC/SASO labeling regulation certification, Indonesia SNI certification, Nigeria SONCAP certification, U.S. SMARTWAY certification, REACH, and Philippine certification. The laboratory has also been accredited under the national ISO/IEC 17025 standard. Xingyuan all-steel radial truck tires have earned the high trust of customers both at home and abroad thanks to their outstanding product quality and enjoy a renowned reputation in domestic and international markets.

After more than a decade of growth, the Group has developed a full-range of all-steel radial truck tires encompassing 18 major series, over 80 different specifications, and more than 130 diverse patterns and colors.

Our strengths

The group company boasts strong technical expertise, sophisticated production equipment, advanced manufacturing processes, comprehensive testing facilities, and a flexible business model. It also has an outstanding management team, laying a solid foundation for producing high-quality products and earning the trust of numerous domestic and international customers.

The “Hualu” brand all-steel radial truck tires manufactured by Xingyuan Tire Group Co., Ltd. serve as a replacement for bias-ply tires and boast numerous advantages, including excellent high-speed performance, fuel efficiency, wear resistance, durability, ride comfort, stable handling, and low noise levels. The product’s technical specifications meet the national standards, the U.S. DOT standards, and the European ECE standards. The company currently operates one fully equipped and scientifically standardized technical center—including a laboratory—comprising 151 research personnel and 49 staff members. Under the technical center are a Technical Committee, an Expert Committee, and four functional departments. To date, the company has developed over 80 specifications across 18 major series of all-steel radial truck tires, capable of meeting the diverse needs of domestic and international markets, various vehicle models, and different customer requirements.

Domestic supporting conditions

Currently, the Group has established harmonious and mutually beneficial “strategic” partnerships with over a dozen prominent domestic enterprises and mining companies, including FAW, Second Automobile Works, Baogang, Longgong, LiuGong, and Liuzhou Automobile.
