On December 2, Guo Yuntao, Deputy Director of Dongying Customs, and Chang Wenyou, Head of the Bonded Business Supervision Section of Dongying Customs, paid a visit to the Group for research and guidance, accompanied by Xu Guangxin, Director of the Commerce Bureau of Guangrao County, and Li Tuanjie, Mayor of Daozhuang Town, among other leaders. After two decades of weathering storms and facing challenges, the older generation of rubber industry professionals gathered at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center to attend the 20th-anniversary commendation ceremony held by the Shandong Province Rubber Industry Association. At the meeting, Zhang Hongmin, President of the Shandong Province Rubber Industry Association, announced the list of meritorious figures, outstanding entrepreneurs, and individuals who have made remarkable contributions to the Shandong rubber industry. Outstanding entrepreneur representatives who have made significant contributions to the development of Shandong’s rubber industry were honored; among them, Chairman Song Wenguang and nine other individuals received the “Meritorious Figure” award. The Chairman founded Xingyuan Rubber Co., Ltd. in Guangrao County in 1994 and launched a full-steel radial tire project in July 2002.
