Xingyuan Group has actively responded to the calls from Party committees and governments at all levels to support the prevention and control efforts against the novel coronavirus. On February 1, the group donated 1 million yuan to the local government for epidemic prevention and control, demonstrating its corporate responsibility and commitment through concrete actions. Xingyuan Group handed over the donation to the Daozhuang Town Government. The epidemic is an order; prevention and control is our responsibility. On February 1, the group donated 1 million yuan to the local government for epidemic prevention and control, demonstrating its corporate responsibility and commitment through concrete actions.

To comprehensively carry out the prevention and control of the novel coronavirus, Xingyuan Group has, in accordance with the requirements of higher authorities, fully implemented all necessary preventive measures. At the same time, we have established a leading group for epidemic prevention and control, formulated a response plan, and actively deployed prevention and control efforts. We are building a solid defense against the epidemic at its very source, determined to win the proactive and decisive battle against the virus.

Using platforms such as WeChat official accounts, work groups, notice boards, and display panels, we promptly disseminate the guiding principles and directives from higher authorities on epidemic prevention and control, as well as knowledge on the prevention of the novel coronavirus. We actively promote positive energy in epidemic prevention and control, helping all cadres and employees correctly understand the epidemic situation and enhancing their awareness of self-protection. We have procured 5,200 pairs of masks, 1,350 bottles of disinfectant, 108 bottles of hand sanitizer, 15 sprayers, 21 thermometers, and 20 pairs of protective goggles—various epidemic prevention supplies. We’ve also organized staff to carry out comprehensive disinfection efforts across work areas, living quarters, “two halls and one dormitory,” green belts, and other key locations, ensuring that potential hazards are thoroughly eliminated. We strictly control access to the company premises, prohibiting unauthorized personnel and vehicles from entering, thereby cutting off transmission routes of the virus. We have established a temperature-registration system, assigning dedicated personnel to monitor and record the body temperatures of employees entering and leaving their living quarters around the clock, enabling us to keep real-time track of each employee’s health status.
